you can submit your complaints by calling +374 (12) 270270 or sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, as well as mail a hard copy of your complaint via post service to “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC: 16/7 Arzumanyna street, Ajapnyak, 0099, Yerevan, Armenia.
According to the third Clause of Article 141 of the RA Law on “Credit Organizations”, any individual has the right to apply to “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC to receive the following information:
Equally, each individual has the right to receive other information in accordance with Clause 8 of Regulation 8/04 (Internal Rules for the Acceptance and Examination of Complaints) of the Minimum Conditions and Principles for Internal Legal Acts Governing the Customer Complaints Process.
The above mentioned documents are provided to the customer after submitting the written application electronically to the e-mail provided by the customer (free of charge) or in person at the head office within five days after paying the copying fees set.
Dear customer, be informed that your rights will be protected by the Courts of the Republic of Armenia, as well as by the Financial System Mediator.
In case of applying to Court, the dispute between you and “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC will be resolved by the Court. You can apply to Court at any stage of the grievance process. The Court decree cannot be reviewed by the Financial System Mediator. In case of applying to the Financial System Mediator, your dispute between “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC is resolved by the Mediator in accordance with the RA Law on “Financial System Mediator”. The services of the Financial System Mediator are free of charge.
