The charter capital of “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC, established from the nominal value of the shares acquired by the shareholders, is 633,000,000 (six hundred and thirty-three million) AMD. It is divided into 63,300 (sixty-three thousand three hundred) common shares, each with a nominal value of AMD 10,000 (ten thousand).
According to the provision defined by Part 2 of Article 9 of the Law on Banks and Banking Activity of the Republic of Armenia, the Company’s significant shareholders are:
a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, Manvel John Vartanian, owning 20.695% of the Company’s shares;
a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, Marina Mamikonyan, owning 20.537% of the Company’s shares;
a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, Hrant Karapetyan, owning 11.058%% of the Company’s shares;
a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, Artak Harutyunyan, owning 10.269% of the Company’s shares.
