The Board of “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC implements general management of Company’s activities, except for matters pertaining to the exclusive authority of the General Shareholders’ Meeting under the Republic of Armenia Law on “Joint-Stock Companies” and the Charter of the Company.
Chairman of the Board
Manvel John Vartanian
Born on March 8, 1973
Mr Vartanian holds an MBA from George Mason University, majoring in accounting (graduated 1996).
From 1995 to 2010 worked for multinational companies, including PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, IBM Business Consulting Services, Bankworld Incorporated and Emerging Markets Group (formerly part of Deloitte) in increasing roles from Auditor and Consultant to Senior Project Manager and Director.
During his extensive career Mr Vartanian served on the Board of Directors of Moscow City Bank (2010-2020) and the Board of Directors of Ararat Bank OJSC (2008-2010).
Starting from 2022 Mr Vartanian is the Chairman of the Board of “Credit Concept” UCO.

Armen Ayunts
Born on May 20, 1971
Mr. Ayunts holds a Degree in Economics from Yerevan State Institute of National Economy (graduated 1993) and MA in Political Science and International Affairs from the American University of Armenia (cohort of 1995). Mr Ayunts has an extensive experience of working as a program manager in international organizations operating in Armenia. Currently he is the Director of Financial and Administrative Operations of “Pernod Ricard Armenia” CJSC.
From 2020 to 2022 he served as the Chairman of the Board of “Credit Concept” UCO. After completing his term as a Chairman, Mr Ayunts continues to serve the organization as a Board member.

Mary Nikoghosyan
Born on January 1, 1976
Ms Nikoghosyan holds a diploma in Sociology from Yerevan State University (graduated 1997) and Master’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs from the American University of Armenia (cohort of 2000). In 2024, she completed the Master Program in Management of Development (University of Turin and the International Training Center of the ILO).
Ms Nikoghosyan has more than twenty years of management experience. She has joined VISTAA Consulting in 2001 and starting from 2003 is the Executive Director of VISTAA.
Since 2020 Ms. Nikoghosyan has been serving as a Board Member of “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC .

Edgar Galstyan
Born on December 10, 1974
Mr Galstyan holds a degree in Economics from the Yerevan State University (graduated 1997)
Mr. Galstyan has over twenty years of experience in the financial sector of the Republic of Armenia. Since 2009, he has served as the Executive Director of “Aniv” UCO LLC, where he has played a key role in the company’s leadership and growth.
Mr. Galstyan has been serving as a Board Member of “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC since 2020.

Jonathan Stark
Born on February 25, 1958
Mr Stark began his career in 1976 in Great Britain and has since built a distinguished professional path in international financial management and leadership, with a strong focus on the insurance sector. He has gained extensive experience working across Armenia, Georgia, and other former Soviet countries. Since 2011, he has served as the Director of Resolution Insurance (Georgia). In addition to his corporate achievements, Mr. Stark has held the role of Honorary Consul for Ireland in Armenia since 2010.
Mr. Stark has been serving as the Board Member of “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC starting from 2023.

Karen Hovhannisyan
Born on August 25, 1975
Mr Hovhannisyan holds a Degree in Economics from the Armenian State University of Economics (graduated 1997). Starting his career in 1995, he gained extensive experience in financial management and leadership, having contributed to both international and local business initiatives. Since 2022, he has been serving as the Finance and Operations Manager at the International Business Initiatives Corp (USAID Contractor) in Yerevan, Armenia.
Mr. Hovhannisyan has been serving as the Board Member of “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC starting from July 2024.

Kevork Kahanian
Born on October 27, 1963
Mr Kahanian holds a Degree in Engineering from the University of Varna (Bulgaria) (graduated 1988) and a Degree in Business Management from the Business School of the University of Oxford (Great Britain).
Since 2016, Mr Kahanian has been the Executive Director and Partner at IntelCap GmbH, a Switzerland-based firm. His leadership and strategic input have been pivotal in driving the company’s success.
Mr. Kahanian joined the Board of “Credit Concept” UCO CJSC in July 2024.
