Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all key risks, including credit, market, and operational risks; identify, assess,
• monitor, and mitigate these risks in line with the organization’s risk framework
• Define and implement the organization's Risk Appetite Statement and related indicators, along with their calculation methodologies
• Conduct regular risk analysis and stress testing; prepare timely and accurate risk reports for senior management and the board
• Provide independent risk assessments and credit risk opinions on large loan clients for submission to the Credit Committee, as needed
• Monitor loan utilization and periodically assess borrowers’ financial positions to identify signs of deterioration or risk
• Develop and continuously improve internal risk-related policies, procedures, regulatory documentation, and reporting formats
• Lead cross-functional risk assessments and promote a culture of risk awareness and
• accountability throughout the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel),
• Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI or similar data analysis tools will be a plus
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• - Working knowledge of English and Russian
• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• - Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
